This is the first program that all new students and beginners will take. This class builds a foundation of Krav Maga, Hisardut, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Karate and "Reality Based" Self Defense, in a blend that becomes the stepping stone of what this gym is all about.

This course is similar to the Adult Beginner accept a lot more extreme. This particular program puts an emphasis on Sparring/Self-Defense, and less time on the basics Krav Maga. Students in this class are held to a higher standard of knowledge in terms of self-defense, and safety. Participants are exposed to very complex and exclusive Israeli Martial Arts techniques; that only someone with a proper background in our gym can learn.
